Preparation: Shake all ingredients with ice and pour the drink into a rimmed glass. Make sure the drink is well chilled for 3 hours before serving. Rim your glass with cinnamon (1 tsp) and sugar (1/4 c.).

Prepare Egg Nog with egg yolks (5), sugar (1/3 c.), milk (2 c.), cinnamon (1/2 tsp), nutmeg (1/4 tsp), vanilla (1 tsp.), heavy cream (3/4 c.), and Rumchata (1 c.). Cinnamon sticks for garnishing.

Preparation:

For the cinnamon-sugar rim, combine both cinnamon and sugar on a plate. Moisten the rim with water and then dip it into the mixture.

To make eggnog, take a large saucepan, beat egg yolk and sugar. add milk, nutmeg, cinnamon, and vanilla to it. Turn the heat down to medium or low temperature. Wait for 10 minutes until the mixture gets thick. Remember don’t boil the drink.

Remove the drink from heat and add heavy cream and ramchata and stir the mixture. Refrigerate the drink until it gets chilled.

Serve the drink in cups and sprinkle additional nutmeg for a better taste.

For serving 8 guests, you need chopped granny smith apple (2), whole fresh cranberries (1 c), halved green grapes (1 c.), pomegranate seeds (1 c.), sparkling grape juice (1 c.), and 1 bottle champagne.

Preparation:

Take a large pitcher or a punch bowl and add apples, cranberries, grapes, and pomegranate seeds. Pour sparkling grape juice and champagne before serving.
