Effects of stress:

Severe stress can put a lot of impact on the health of the patient. Extreme stress can imbalance the hormonal levels, causing infertility. Most of the time patients require Treatment for infertility to conceive. Everyone might suggest one remedy or other for relieving the stress; however, for long-term solution one would require intense help.

Conditions like stress eating or lack of interest in daily activities are sure indicators of stress. The patient might also experience lack of sleep. If the patient is suffering for such conditions, then talking to a specialist would help.

Stress and irregular sleep:

Having less amount of sleep can negatively affect the health, disrupting the fertility of the patient. According to the research, people having inadequate sleep tend to get obese. To improve the sleep cycle, try to get into a routine meant especially for sleep. Get to bed on time and remove all the distractions from the room. Electronic gadgets are a big distraction; keep them out of your reach. Also, some people prefer drinking a glass of milk before going to sleep. According to them, it sooth their nerves and helps them sleep better.

Stress eating and fertility:

Stress eating or binge eating can be quite harmful for the patients suffering from infertility. Stress eating causes unwanted weight gain, causing excessive pressure on the reproductive organs. And, it is true for both men and women.

To avoid stress eating, keeping a check on the carbohydrate and fats could be a good idea. Also, staying away from junk food can immensely help. Research has shown that junk food can greatly affect the fertility of an individual. Instead of that go for healthy alternatives like fresh fruits.

Limiting coffee:

The little amount of coffee can be very helpful in fighting stress. However, an excessive amount of caffeine in the blood might negatively impact the fertility. According to a medical journal, too much caffeine in the bloodstream can be potentially harmful for people suffering with fertility issues. the journal emphasises that one must not exceed the limit beyond 250 to 300 mgs of caffeine.
